I love this spot . The waiters there are super nice and chill, I get this one particular guy that down to earth not all on top of you . The host and the bartenders are super nice as well Everyday they have set deals . My favorite taco was the Duck mole but they removed it which was sad for me . But legit the Bay Street corn amazing, the clams amazing, Like I've tried everything on the menu and never did I not enjoy it . Deff pull up here especially margarita Monday. Get two for the price of one !

To say I'm OBSESSED with Sofia's would be an understatement. In my opinion, this place is the best! Their Crispy Chicken Flautas and Chicken Tortilla Soup are to die for!!! Honestly, everything I've tried on the menu is incredible; guacamole, empanadas, quesadillas, rice and beans, & more! The ambiance and staff are lovely and the margaritas are amazing. Very reasonably priced for a delicious meal & good vibes. Highly recommend!

I've ordered from this establishment numerous times thru DoorDash and the food is quite good. I highly recommend the empanada's. They are always made fresh & the chicken flautas. I don't live that far from the restaurant and I'm surprised I haven't ventured to go in person but I will soon. I have yet to be disappointed.

This is our 3rd visit to Sofia's Taqueria and it has sealed its place as a top dining destination. Bar tender Eric is truly a professional and has excellent customer service down to a science. We sat at the bar (which I never do) because the restaurant was full. He took our drink and food orders and the food came out fast, fresh and hot. Our drinks were the coconut mojito and mango margarita. Then someone cancelled an order for a strawberry mango margarita so we added it to our order and it was delicious; so now I have a favorite drink here :) Dinner was excellent, we had the shrimp and corn empanadas and the crab empanadas as the appetizer. For the main my husband had the chicken fajitas and I had the shrimp tacos. We also had guacamole and chips. Everything was perfect. Do yourself a favor and make a reservation if you plan on coming on the weekend. Enjoy!

Wanted to try this place for a while and so disappointed I haven't been here earlier! Everything we ordered was fantastic, including the guacamole and chicken flautas, but my life was changed after having the Carne Asada tacos. There should be a warning on the menu about how fantastic these are! I'm a huge fan of Los Tacos No. 1 in the city and I have to say: I believe these are even better! Will be back again and again- don't be like me and sleep on these tacos. You have to try them!

Friendly staff and love the environment, but the empanadas and salad was lowkey oily. It was heavy on the palate but very filling. Portions are worth the money, but i would stick to snacks and maybe their burrito?? Cause salad was eh the chorizo is overly salty and hard i would wanna try their other salads maybe. Love the bathroom tho and tacos were filled!

I dined here yesterday for the third time. I love the Mexican decor. It makes me feel like I am on vacation somewhere. I really like the 2nd floor-it's more spacious. Service is exceptional. My water glass was never empty and the waiter made an excellent recommendation when I told him my dietary restrictions. They have many different types of guacamole and I had the corn guacamole and I really liked that it was spicy and authentic. The cactus beverage actually came in a cactus glass so that was really neat! Wish I could take it home. I really love this place.
